This form of Satanism looks at Satan in a symbolic manner. The most popular of these beliefs being LaVeyan Satanism, founded in 1966. This philosophy emphasizes self empowerment, individualism, egoism, and material matters.
Theistic Satanism Edit
There are many different branches of theistic Satanism. Some view Satan as the true creator deity.
Luciferianism looks at Satan through the lens of his epithet the Light Bringer. Focusing on spiritual growth rather than material matters.
